DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our product.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Enjoy customer interaction and have excellent communication skills.
- Have the passion to sell and troubleshooting skills, and are eager to learn.
- Is driven to succeed, goal setter and results oriented.
- Is nurturing, consistent, confident without ego, respectful, positive, and loyal to the business.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Can exhibit active listening and keen attention to details.
- Conversant in the English Language, knowing other languages is an advantage.
- Inbound/outbound Telesales or Call center experience is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to work in a great business environment in Bonifacio Global City on holidays, weekends and shifting schedules.
- Can investigate effectively.
