ROLE DESCRIPTION:
He/She shall be responsible for providing assurance to management in protecting the company’s interest by:

--Developing and executing a reliable and consistent audit framework
--Ensuring that all relevant systems, policies and corresponding controls are in place, complied with, and imbibed across the organization
--Recommending policies and procedures based on sound audit and risk control principles and industry best practices
--Imparting risk intelligence as basis for sound management decisions to gain competitive advantage

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
--Graduate of BS Accountancy
--Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CIA, CISA, CFE, CFA preferred)
--With advance knowledge in the International Standards on the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (ISPPIA)
--With experience in ff. functions: Quality Assurance, Compliance, Internal/External Audit, Business ----Systems and Policy Making, and Operations
--High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Applications
--Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
--Very keen to detail and has instant grasp on process orientation
--Advanced Business Writing Skills
