QUALIFICATIONS:
•A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in a relevant area.
•1 to 2+ years Work Force Management experience
•Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience with Workforce Management software (scheduling, performance tracking, reporting)
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
•Be highly organized with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
•Work alone with minimum supervision and with others in a team environment, occasionally under time pressure and on several tasks at the same time.
•With exposure in SALES FORCE.
•Ability to read and interpret drawings/plans and specifications
•Construction costing and estimating abilities
•Strong computer skills
•Tender and estimation proposals capabilities
•Ability to analyse and solve problems
•Amenable to work at Taguig, Metro Manila
