Greetings, This is April Homo of Dencom Consultancy & Manpower Services - a company dedicated in placing multilingual professionals to International companies here in the Philippines. We urgently looking for Web Developer post.


Location: Alabang
Salary range: 27k-32k


Skills/Experience Required :
• Should have post-secondary education – either at the degree level or a relevant professional diploma or certificate
• 1-3 years of relevant/related working experience
• They should be highly proficient in HTML/XHTML and CSS and proficient with JavaScript. A conceptual familiarity with XML is expected. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is assumed
• Familiarity with Flash/ActionScript, Macromedia Studio, Adobe CS and video production is desirable but not essential
• They should have a flair for design, attention to detail and good command of UK English
• The role requires good people skills and an enthusiasm for teamwork
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong command of both written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
• Structured, systematic working style
• Able to work as part of a team
• Experience managing a team
• Positive attitude and keen to learn
• Maintains composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work atmosphere
• Flexibility in working different shifts when required
• Available to work overtime on weeknights and weekends if necessary

Responsibilities:
The Web Developer will produce and create high quality Flash-based products, web pages, as well as related XHTML, CSS and JavaScript code, publish content online that fit project requirements and adhere to content and design guidelines as well as established industry standards and best practice.
