Customer Service Officer (Chinese Speaking)

•Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Responsibilities:

♣Accepting order inquiries from customers or clients and responding with follow up queries.
♣Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization.
perform customer verifications
♣Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
♣Following up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements.
♣Process forms, applications and requests
♣Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
♣Record details of actions taken
♣Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
♣Follow up on customer interactions

Requirements:

♦Female age not over 28 years
♦Willing to stay overseas (Job’s based in Philippines – 2 years contract)
♦Bachelor's Degree in any related field
♦Good command of English and computer literacy
♦Strong interpersonal and communication skills
♦Fast learner and self motivate
♦Team-oriented and service minded
♦Careful and patient, able to work under pressure
♦Able to work in shift
♦Skills and Specifications

· Interest in helping and working with customers.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
· Should be polite, friendly, tactful and well presented.
· Should be able to ameliorate customer service skills.
· Ability to type and product knowledge.
· Should be calm and patient.
· Able to handle customer complaints.
