Responsible for dealing with the customers. Must have the ff.
Ability to communicate well with the Customers and other workshop personnel.
Ability to diagnose vehicle repair requirements.
Adequate knowledge on policies and procedures.
Adequate knowledge on Customer Care.
Ability to update accessories/ parts sales of the reception.
Ability to monitor post-servicing follow-up.
Ability to perform road test with customer during reception (if necessary).
Ability to give accurate estimates.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate preferably with Automotive/Technical background
2 years experience in automotive/technical related matters
Must have customer handling skills/Analytical skills
Approachable, Versatile, Pleasing, Honest and Resourceful
