Purchasing and Sales Admin Supervisor - CDO

Company: Multimax Industries Corporation (Uratex)
Location: Zone 5, Brgy. Cugman National Road, Cagayan de Oro City

Duties and Responsibilities:
Purchasing
1. Supervises the daily activities of the purchasing functions
2. Reviews purchasing decisions, orders and vendors contracts
3. Oversee the ordering of materials and supplies from vendors
4. Ensure flawless execution of all deliverables
Sales
1. Manage, supervise & coordinate all Sales administrative activities
2. Provide superior customer service experience through fast & efficient release of documents & information
3. Ensure that prices & contracts are up-to-date
4. Provides sales data and reports to the team

Job Qualification:
1. Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or any business course
2. With at least 3 years related work experience in Solid Procurement & Sales in a Manufacturing industry
3. Knowledgeable in SAP
4. Has strong leadership and analytical skills
5. Must be a team player
6. Willing to travel
7. Willing for relocation or to be assigned in other branches
