The position is primarily responsible to ensuring efficient and profitableoperations of the Service department and the continuous administration of No. 1Customer Satisfaction to the dealer’s clientele through after sales service.Practices effective human resources management and promotes effective customerrelations.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
A. Education :
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering course, preferably licensed Engineer; MBA or MA an advantage.
B. Type of experience and length of time required :
· At least 5 years managerial experience in Service Industry preferably in automotive setting.
· Exposure to quality improvement activities an advantage.
C. Specialized technical skill / special talents required :
1. Management of service operations, Technical Skills, People-handling skills, Customer-handling Skills,Marketing Skills
D. Type of personality required :
1. Strong leadership, Competitive, Innovative,Quality mindset, entrepreneurial.
