Talent Bucket has partnered with a software developer company in Makati to conduct a search for suitably qualified candidates to undertake the position of Project Lead/ Senior Software Engineer.
Our partner company is a Japanese company bringing in a cultivated IT knowledge whose mission is to grow its industry within the Asian region.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to produce software designs
• Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes
• Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate language
• Integrate individual software solutions to higher level systems
• Use web-based tools to create advanced SaaS when applicable
• Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results and perform debugging when necessary
• Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient
• Collaborate with technical writers to create documentation for user support
• Attend job interviews

Required Experience and Qualifications:
• At least 5 years working experience
• Programming languages – PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3
• Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming in PHP Frameworks
• Working experienced source code management like Git
• Experience in mobile application is a plus.
• Good communication skills
• Experience in handling people is a plus
