The Power Plant Operations Manager will manage the resources and logistics required to perform and operates the projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business strategy with the end-goal of achieving the optimum profits of the company.
• Develop and implement operational strategy with the end-goal of achieving maximum plant efficiency.
• Over-all responsible to the successful operation of the company.

Requirements:
• Candidates applying must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Instruments or Control.
• Preferably with Professional License
• With 10 years relevant experience in Power Plant Operations and Energy Generation.
• Extensive knowledge O&M experience in power plant operations including leadership role.
• Knowledgeable in commercial processes and budgeting experiences.
• Substantial customer interface experience, both with private and government agencies.
• Excellent understanding of the electricity market operation
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Flexible and understand start-up operations
• Willing to be assigned in remote areas.
