Responsibilities
Assists with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provides clerical and administrative support to HR
Assists in the end-to-end recruitment process
Compiles and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Assists in the entire recruitment process
Other responsibilities assigned by the Immediate Supervisor


Requirements
Can multitask and can work with minimal supervision
Experience working in a recruitment firm is an advantage but not required
Adept with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Savvy with using the web, e-mail, and social media
Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality with respect to sensitive information
Must be able to communicate within the different levels of the organization
Must be flexible with varying work schedules
Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
