Immediate Superior: Operations Manager

Description
The Lead Logo Design Editor is responsible for managing the Company’s section dealing
with Logo Design and Production Art. He/she is also in-charge in establishing a process
that will produce cost-efficient yet high-quality logo designs to clients and contribute to the
company’s goal through improved team productivity. His/her scope also includes
administering graphic related projects initiated by Management or as deemed necessary.

Qualifications
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably Bachelors of Fine Arts, Graphic Designing or other course equivalent or related to this field.
• Has strong background in Graphic Design and Artwork preparation for Industry Printing, Promotional Products or other Business related in the same line.
• Excellent graphic design and lay-out skills.
• Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other related software.
• Has good communication skills (oral and written)
• Flexible, fast learner, keen to details and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities
• Create a working environment for the team that will promote team work and enthusiasm for its members.
• Supervises work tasks and output of the entire Logo Design team
• Will provide plans and programs to develop skills of his/her team members for the maximum efficiency yet cost friendly work outputs
• Develops yearly and monthly budget of the team
• Meets with his/her team members for the yearly/monthly updates of goals and tasks
• Plans concept and process by studying information, materials and available resources
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related visual concepts
• Deals with Management regarding Team Performance and Cost Per Line Management. Working Conditions
• Shifting schedule (Day shift/Night shift) in our head office in Ortigas, Pasig City
