General Manager, Leading Three Star Hotel
OUR CLIENT
Our Client is a well established medium sized Hotel with 60 Bed Capacity specializing in Conference and Business catering and accommodation.
THE JOB
The General Manager will lead a strong team functional heads to achieve set Brand and Service standards and delivered the bottom line in line with agreed targets.
THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB
We are looking for a highly dynamic, focused and innovative person with experience managing a reputable Hotel with strong reputation for service excellence and delivering great customer experience.
A track record of consistently achieving results in at least two hospitality units at least at the level of a Head of Department and at least one unit at the level of General Manager is a must
Comprehensive understanding of the trends in the hospitality industry is a must.
WHAT THE CLIENT IS OFFERING THE RIGHT PERSON
The client is ready to negotiate the right package for the best person based on agreeable business targets. But the starting is two hundred and fifty thousand shillings (68619.50 Philippine Peso)
