JOB TITLE: CIVIL ENGINEER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for site operations, implementation, structural, and related civil works.
Supervise and ensures proper work execution in accordance with the approved structural plans specifications.
Coordinate structural, civil works of subcontractor and other trade works
Prepare submittals and the shop drawing, Request for Information and other related field drawings and documents
Work quality assurance and inspection
Monitors work progress, schedules, conduct regular and coordination meetings with consultants and designer and material deliveries
Ensure adherence to safety and quality policy and standards
Initiate plan reviews in order to achieve potential saving of the owner/Developer
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering Civil or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this
Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT
Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering-Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Willing to multitask and could work with less supervision.
