Job Description:
- Responsible in verifying the account information of the client
- Provide solution to client problems and Prepare quality reports of transaction
- Responsible in sustaining quality feedback and coaching sessions with CSR
- Handle quality check and file report to the management
Requirements:
- Proficient in Hindi and English
- Computer literate
- Preferably with work experience in Customer Service/BPO
- Willing to work in Davao City, Philippines
- Willing to work on ASAP
