Job Description
• Responsible for the development of highly acceptable and profitable concepts and recipes that are aligned to Product Strategy
• Responsible for ensuring that the iDEA Vault is full and fresh with product ideas and concepts form different sources.
• Injects appropriate culinary artistry in the way flavor and presentation are developed
• Performs other duties as may be required by the Department Head
• Develops formulation and process of prototypes/profiles based on approved concepts and ensures that they can be translated into a commercial scale - manufacturing and store levels

Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Culinary Arts, Culinology, Chefmanship Food Technology, Chemistry major in Food Science & Technology, or related fields
• At least five (2) years’ work experience in a leading food service engaged in product innovation and/or food service operations.
• Bakery and Pastry experience is an advantage.
• Has been exposed and has prepared different types of cuisines particularly Chinese Cuisines
• Has broad knowledge and skills on the fundamentals of culinary arts and science.
• Has passion for cooking and tasting.
• Has the ability to discriminate various flavors.
• Has proven ability to create/innovate on flavors and appealing food presentation.
