We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team.

Job Description:
- Managing current employees and sourcing of new applicants
- Strict monitoring of staff attendance, requirements and work flow.
- Preparation of time sheets for payroll
- Acts as usherette or receptionist
- Maintain or create completeness of employees records
- Other duties as may be assigned by the Manager

Qualification:
- Graduate of any 4 year course or preferably AB/BS Psychology
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- At least 1 year experience working in an office setup
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- With typing speed of at least 35wpm
- Confident and highly trainable
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
