The Office Assistant shall be responsible for documenting and organizing all the files and data for our engineering department. He/she is expected to be quick-witted, responsible, multitasking and practical in performing his function.

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Financial Management or any similar course

• Experience in the same post will be an advantage

• Energetic, multi-tasker, friendly

• Good oral communication, organizing and file administration skills

• Willing to be trained

• Full time position(s) – 5
