DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of general administration services and property management, more specifically on facilities and equipment management, building administration, security service and monitoring of association’s relations.
Acts as the custodian of business permits and other government related licenses/ permits.

QUALIFICATIONS
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
-At least 1 year of working experience in administrative function particularly in building administration, facilities, equipment maintenance and property management.
