DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Reviews and Approves Art Materials, Proof of printed copies developed by subordinates
2. Conceptualizes exhibition presentation and related aesthetic production and structural purposes.
3. Presents proposed layouts to Marketing director/ Top Management for approval.
4. Designs, manages and orchestrates the entire workflow for exhibition design and output.
5. Confers with Project Heads/ Department concerned to determine project objectives, background information and presentation approaches, styles and techniques.
6. Monitor work activities of staff to ensure that the creative execution of design layouts for print follows the company’s productivity and standards and timelines.
7. Delegates tasks and ensures that they are actually delegated based on role classifications.
8. Trains staff in the use of new systems, programs and equipment
9. Coaches staff in certain performance areas as needed.
10. Handles ad hoc assignments related to the departmental requirements.
11. Performs other related obligations that may be delegated from time to time.
