*College degree holder *Has two years’ experience/involvement in actual recruitment/hiring activities. *Exposure to other HR functions an advantage. *Has good verbal and written communication skills. *Possesses solid time management skills and organizational abilities. *Keen on details; assertive; resourceful and good communication skills. *With the ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of people *with a desire to provide exceptional service.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Manpower Hiring/Acquisition
Does the following:
a. Ads placement; candidate sourcing via various avenues
b. Initial applicant assessment/interview setting
c. Pre-employment compliance
d. New employee orientation/induction
2. Training & Employee Development
a. Monitors performance of new hires
b. Assist HR manager in the conduct of performance evaluation
c. Source training courses/training agencies as required
d. Assists the HR Manager in organizing/conducting training activities and other
employee activities.
3. Safe keeps 201 files, HR records, contracts, reports and company/legal
