JOB SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for organizing, supporting, and assisting the VP of Operations in executing initiatives for continuous improvement. Specifically, this position is tasked to create or reformat existing policies and procedures to ensure that all functions relevant in the business of the company are well documented and are consistently improving. He/she is expected to handle this knowledge base of the company with high confidentiality and extra care.
The position is also expected to perform relieving functions, research, and frequent communication/consultation with internal or external advisers.

Performance Appraisal Report
Talent Maximization Analysist
Training Needs Analysis
Organizational Climate Report


Qualification:
Graduates of Accounting Technology, Industrial Engineering, Psychology and Information Management are welcome to apply
Experience in the same post will be an advantage but NOT a requirement
Energetic, multi-tasker, friendly
Good oral communication, organizing and file administration skills
