JOB SUMMARY:

To provide coordination with operations, forwarders and overseas partners efficiently to ensure that customers’
goods can be exported and arrived as schedule with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To work according to the requirements of the Company Quality System and be a part of the ISO9000 Management Committee
To ensure compliance with globalcom and that the ODD dates are kept to within 5%.
To ensure that data is entered correctly in AMOS so that the migration of that data is correct from AMOS to Globalcom
oordination with agent
Issue invoices to overseas agent and account customers

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years of experience in customer service
Excellent communication and diplomatic skills: ability to communicate with all levels of employees, clients and across cultures. Ability to think and present ideas clearly/logically
Written and spoken fluency in English and Mandarin
Good computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel and Word)
Must be willing to work in Taguig
Willing to work in a dayshift schedule
