This Australian commercial real estate agency is seeking to hire their very first administration assistant. Supporting two Directors you will be required to undertake a variety of tasks to support the owners.

What you’ll do:

Diary management
Execution of social media marketing
Database management
Data mining
Website management
Create presentations and campaign design and execution
Anything and everything related to administration!

Who we are looking for:

Minimum 2 year’s administration experience ideally supporting a sales, real estate or marketing team
You are committed to learning and solving problems
You are a good communicator
Solutions orientated & organised – and also a team player
Friendly personality – with a high attention to detail
Excellent time management
Strong organisation and communication skills
The ability to work independently, show initiative and determine priorities

Perks & Benefits:

6:30am to 3:30pm or 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday shift (whichever one best suits you)
