Planning Engineer (willing To Start Immediately)

Job Summary:

Primarily responsible for planning and quality management system and customer concerns.
Responsible in Quality of Materials especially in checking of units.
Ensure compliance on Finishes and Deliverables (Housing and Land Development); inspection of Joint punch list and Contractor punch list.
Assist in awarding of units to contractor
Bidding and costing

Qualifications:
Male or Female
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical or equivalent.
With working experience in the related field is an advantage but not a requirement
With strong sense of responsibility
Work experience in a real estate industry is an advantage but not a requirement
Construction / Development project
Willing to be assigned in Bolbok Lipa, Batangas
Full-Time positions available
Competitive salary package will be offered to successful candidates.
Willing to do frequent travel in Ortigas
