Basic Qualifications:
• Completed 1 Semester in College or Completed a Short Course
• Good in English and excellent conversational skill
• Call-center experience is an advantage but NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!
• Must be 18 years old

Responsibilities:
• Assist associates replying to client system issues and questions
• Manage crucial support issues and requests, manage escalations and critical difficulties and questions
• Manage concepts and converse oral messages applicable to listeners and conditions
• Ensure customer approval in all transactions
• Meet effectiveness objectives as set by management
