Schedule: Must be open for shifting schedule
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible in reviewing contracts content in Indonesian and English language
• Ensure quality of terms and conditions of each contracts
• Upload contracts on the company system
• Ensures quality of reports in relation to client standards
• Translate files from Bahasa Indonesian to English and vice versa
REQUIREMENTS:
• Native or Non-Native Indonesian Speaker
• Can speak, read and write Bahasa Indonesia
• With Excellent English proficiency skills
• Bachelor Degree in Law
• Legal and contract management experience is a big plus
• Preferably with Indonesia law practice
