Qualifications:

At least six years of full-time experience in human resources with the a solid background in employee/labor relations

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related course. Master’s degree in human resources management or industrial and labor relations is an advantage.

• Experience in assessing organizational needs and implementing solutions.

• Skilled in coaching leaders/managers, designing and facilitating personal and professional development programs, team development, and building relationships.

• Knowledge of human resources concepts and related regulatory requirements.

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong command of English grammar.

• Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.

• Experience with automated human resources information systems

Primarily office-based with occasional fieldwork to government agencies or partner consultants

Description:

The role drives the efficient and effective design and implementation of labor management system across the organization. All duties with sensitive information are performed with the highest degree of confidentiality.
