Job Overview

A Sales Admin Associate provide support to the management team within Sales and Accounts Department. He/She is responsible for performing clerical duties like completing expense reports or sales proposals and carrying out administrative tasks such coordinating meetings and office communication.

Work Schedule

Regular Office Hours – Mondays to Fridays. Fixed weekend off.

Duties and responsibilities

• Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates
• Develop Monthly Sales Report with backend experience
• Input customer and account data in CRM software
• Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features
• Market research

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin both written and oral
• Must be detail oriented
• Experience with MS Office and data programs
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
