Full-time Email Us Technical Support Agent

• Receiving inbound tier one technical support queries such as password resets, application installation, report accessing, mobile account blocking, data migration.
• Recording customer details and logging the queries into the register of calls.
• Clarifying and diagnosing the technical issues being presented by the customer.
• Accessing the frequently asked questions or knowledge base resources to provide answers to customer questions and resolve their issues.
• Resolving customer complaints by clarifying issues of concern, choosing the best course of action and explaining it.
• Distinguishing between tier 1, 2 and 3 technical support issues, learning when to escalate queries to the appropriate level and redirecting call to the best resources.
• Scheduling and following-through with technical support call backs.
• Such other services as may be required from time to time.
