Receiving inbound tier one technical support queries such as password resets, application installation, report accessing, mobile account blocking, data migration.
Recording customer details and logging the queries into the register of calls.
Clarifying and diagnosing the technical issues being presented by the customer.
Accessing the frequently asked questions or knowledge base resources to provide answers to customer questions and resolve their issues.
Resolving customer complaints by clarifying issues of concern, choosing the best course of action and explaining it.
Distinguishing between tier 1, 2 and 3 technical support issues, learning when to escalate queries to the appropriate level and redirecting call to the best resources.
Scheduling and following-through with technical support call backs.
Such other services as may be required from time to time.
