Position: Mandarin Customer Associate
Industry: Online Gaming Company
Location: Pasig City
Salary: P50, 000
Schedule: Shifting

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to
ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin Language
• Knowledgeable in Computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• At least with working experience of 1 year in Online Gaming or Customer Service
• Willing to work in a Shifting Schedule
