Job Description
KEY COMPETENCIES AND FUNCTIONS

Financial Management and Reporting
Monitoring and submission of daily completion reports of all SAQ officers
Reporting of all site activities, preparation and submission of RTB folders and department’s transmittals
Reporting of discrepancies of committed cycle time and actual accomplishments
Checking expense reports of all SAQ officers and Account Managers ensuring all expenses reported are in accordance to company policy
Ensuring all departmental reports are submitted on time
Submits all reports, request for approval to the COO
Customer Service
Coordinating with other Departments all Sales and SAQ related concerns and ensuring all needed dependencies are given on time
Coordinating and monitoring activities of Sales and Client Services Department with clients ensuring all commitments are delivered.
