Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Scope of support is limited to the following Level1 processes:
o Payment Over the Phone
o System Commissioning
o Internet Connection Down
• Confer with customers and partners by phone, either by Inbound or Outbound contact
• Confer with customers and partners by email contact
• Resolve customer concerns related to the above mentioned processes
