-MUST be a college graduate;

-MUST have AT LEAST one (1) year experience in being a call center trainer; supervisory experience in a call center is an advantage;

-Must have excellent communication skills;

-MUST have handled voice AND sales accounts, either or both inbound and/or outbound;

-Female, 25 years old and above;

-MUST be willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga;

-MUST be willing to work in midshift (1PM to 10PM or 2PM to 11PM);

-One (1) slot available for this vacancy.
