-Graduate of psychology, behavioral science, or any business course (Master's degree holder or with master's units not necessary but an advantage);
-MUST have hands-on managerial experience in recruitment; experience in a BPO setting is an advantage;
-Willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga;
-Female, 30 years old and above;
Responsibilities:
-Oversee the day to day recruitment activities of the company;
-Responsible to the delivery of high quality end to end recruitment service;
-Supervise the recruitment staff;
-Provide regular updates to management on the progress of recruitment;
-Devise and implement recruitment strategies in reducing costs, better hiring decisions, and enhanced applicant experience;
-Organize hiring drives, spearhead campaigns and sourcing initiatives.
