JOB DESCRIPTION:

Will provide assistance in all facets of Human Resources
• Records/Documentation Management
• Performance Evaluation
• Attendance/Time Keeping
• Employee Relations He/She will also handle administrative and secretarial duties like attending to incoming and outgoing calls, answering inquiries, accommodating applicants/visitors, supplies replenishment and other clerical tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, Communications or any related field
• Knowledgeable in all facets of HR
• Computer and Internet savvy
• Articulate, excellent oral and written communication skills
• Great phone manner
• Driven, internally-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
• Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and excellent work ethics.
• Resourceful and flexible
• Detail – oriented and organized
• at least 1 year experience
