Position: Full Time Thai Speaking Support Agent
Location: Cebu
Salary Compensation: 60,000-70,000.00

Job Requirements
• Basic/Intermediate Level THAI Proficiency,
• Must be capable to speak, read and write Thai Language
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferable discipline areas would be in Accountancy, Business Administration, Commerce, Banking, Finance and/or Economics, but not mandatory,
• Trained and experienced on accounting related work is an edge.
• If at all possible with at least 1 year working experience in a business or office environment
• Knowledge and some application in Excel
• Basic level and some experience in using MS Office
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City

Job Responsibilities
• Supports the delivery of daily business operations and the Finance and Accounting Operations teams, particularly for language dependent processes performed for the subsidiary client based in Thailand.
• Performs occasional client interaction verbally or through correspondence.
• Conducts occasional language training with his/her team members to increase language proficiency and contribute in process stabilization, continuous improvement and increased customer satisfaction.
