The Technical Service Representative is responsible for assisting foreign customers in solving technical issues. Tasks depend on the issues raised but will typically include:

- Installing and configuring computer hardware and software via phone
- Monitoring computer systems and networks
- Troubleshooting system and network problems
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/ software faults over the phone
- Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or to set up a system
- Supporting new applications and performing backup procedures


Requirements:

- At least 2 years in College (preferably IT, CompSci, Engineering course)
- IT background in Hardware, Software and Networking troubleshooting skills is a plus, but not required
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Desktop Operating System, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
- Can work with minimum supervision, responsible and reliable
- Has good to excellent command of the English language
- Strong customer service orientation
- Competent, confident and is able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
