Qualifications:
***CSR- Financial
-At least high school graduate
-18 yrs old and above – With excellent English communication skills – With financial/billing background – Willing to work in Eastwood City, Libis
***TSR
-At least high school graduate
-18 yrs old and above – Good English communication skills – Working experience in Technical Support is an advantage, – Knowledge on VOIP, networking, configuration and modems is a definite advantage – With strong customer service orientation – Willing to work in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City
***OUTBOUND SALES AGENTS
-At least high school graduate
-18 yrs old and above
-Good English communication skills
-Call center experience is an advantage (OB SALES experience)
-Must be assertive and persuasive
-Must have excellent communication skills
-Should demonstrate commitment, be goal-oriented, self motivated
-Willing to work in Shaw Boulevard / Eastwood City, Libis
- COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST
- At least high school graduate – 18 yrs old and above – With strong collections background in a BPO setting – Consistent and relevant experience in a financial account is preferred – With skip tracing background – Exceptional communication skills and call handling skills – Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency – Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality – With strong sense of commitment and customer service orientation – Willing to work in Eastwood City, Libis
