Detailed Role & Responsibilities
• Provide first level resolutions
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email and web using standard scripts and procedures
• Ticket creation/Categorization / Prioritization
• Monitor priority of calls and escalate and redirect calls accordingly
• Manage the incident lifecycle

Core Competencies
• • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any IT related course
• Minimum of 1 year experience as IT Service Desk/Help Desk
• Experienced in use of Service Desk telephone and ticketing management software.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Good hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Strong English communication skills: Must write and speak clearly in English and effectively at all levels, listen and be attentive to others.
