Responsibilities
Financial Reports
• Record Journal Voucher to General Journal Book　　
• Record Cash Receipts to Cash Receipts Book　　
• Update General Ledger for the Month　　
• Reconciliation of all bank accounts　　
• Preparation of Financial Statement　　
• Financial reporting　

Preparing and filing BIR forms, such as:
• Monthly Withholding Tax　　　
• Monthly Expanded Withholding Tax　　
• Monthly Final Withholding Tax　　
• Monthly and Quarterly Value Added Tax　　　
• VAT Relief Schedules for Summary list for Sales and Purchases　　
• Quarterly and annual Income Tax Return　　　
• Creditable Withholding Taxes for Vendors/Suppliers　　

Corresponding to an Audit　　　
Budget and Achievement management　　
Management for profit and loss　　
Handling payroll for the staff　　
Preparing and issuing invoices to clients　　　
Handling accounting payable and receivable

Requirements
• Business level English (Writing, Reading, Verbal Communication are required.) (+Japanese if possible)
• Bachelor's Degree of Marketing or any related courses
• At least 5 years of Accounting experience (Experience with Japanese company is higly welcome)
• Experience with accounting software. (Experience with 2 or more accounting software is highly welcome)
• Experience with founding a new company as an Accountant is highly welcome
• Team oriented with good communication skill, also capable of working cross-functionally
• CPA holder is highly welcome
• For regular work schedule, Mon to Fri
