Qualifications :
· Continuous Improvement Practitioner and Driver
· Project Manager / Quality Program Practitioner
· 2-4 years relevant experience
· Minimum of 5 years overall experience
· Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black Belt Trained with good knowledge of Lean practices
· Strong Knowledge of Quality Principles and Techniques essential
· Needs to have worked in a BPO – Operational Excellence (or similar) function
· Certification in Lean , Six Sigma and other quality practices added advantage
· Strong communication and presentation skills
Work Location will be in Ilocos.
