• Coach and mentor reps to be better Sales representatives
• Identify performance gaps and create corrective actions
• Handle escalated calls or escalated customer issues
• Monitor performance metrics as defined by the business
• Monitor sales rep calls to ensure reps are following policies and procedures and ensure that the reps are maximizing every sales opportunity
Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• Must be a Supervisor /Manager with 3 Yrs & Up experience specializing in Sales Management
• Superior ability to build relationships and promote an environment focused on team development and continuous improvement.
• Lead by example when speaking to internal and external customers.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong process flow management skills.
• Program planning and implementation skills
• Excellent computer skills – Word, Excel & use of the Internet.
• Experience in data and performance reporting
• Ability to facilitate and lead change to mirror corporate evolution
• Must have excellent English communication skills both spoken and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, aggressive growth environment.
• Must be able to pay strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be a team player
• Must be comfortable working in the night shift
