• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
• Reports directly to the Business Development Manager - New Business Direct.
• Manages the accounts to ensure customer retention.
• Achieves the annual sales target.
• Implements Client Relations and Retention programs.
• Conduct client's healthcare needs analysis and provides solutions to clients' healthcare needs.
• Secure clients' written conformity to the terms and conditions of the health care agreement.
• Submit the summary of benefits and other internal documents necessary for the implementation of the agreed healthcare program.
