POSITION: ACCESS AND MONITORING REGIONAL MANAGER
SKILLS AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
*Minimum requirements: At least 3 years in dealing with Building Security systems. Handled at least one building.
*Must Have: 3 years working with security systems
-2 years managing the installation of access control systems.
-Experience running security related projects, Strong program/project management skills, including continuous improvement methodologies.
-Experience in running security related projects – if there are new technology that we are piloting to improve our access.
*Good to Have: Experience with C-cure (access system of the Company), Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills, Strong leadership and motivational skills, Strong written and oral communication skills, Excellent problem solving and decision making skills. Regional exposure on Building security.
