Responsibilities:
• Facilitate recruitment, selection and hiring procedure
• Prepares payroll computation and its government related reports
• Time keeping. Maintain the record and attendance monitoring of every employee
• Prepares employees evaluation forms and disseminate to Team Leaders and Managers
• Prepares reports as per request by the Manager

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in HR Department
• Required skills: Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection, Employee and Labor Relation
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills who performs well under pressure
• With initiative and be able to work with minimal supervision
