Job Description:
• Visits POS and acts as a potential customer
• Records conversation/transaction with SA
• Sends the recording to Security for evaluation

Qualifications:
• 18 years old to 68 years of age
• With active email account (we recommend Gmail account only – for reporting purposes)
• Capable to record (with recording device – any phone model that is capable to record)
• With at least 3 valid ID’s
