Job Description

Handle inbound customer service concerns Respond to queries regarding airline reservations, cancellations, etc. Up sell bookings or travel perks to customers if needed

Job Qualifications:

High School Graduate with basic computer navigation skills College Graduates are welcome to apply (preferably under Hotel/Travel course) Average to Excellent Communication Skills 1 Year experience with Airline or Booking Reservations in an advantage* Willing to work in a BPO company handling an airline account Willing to start ASAP Willing to work in Sucat / Ayala / Pasig / Fairview Flexible in terms of schedule and rest days

Compensation:

  • 14000-18000 pesos plus commissions *
