Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and growing the business in the assigned territory and accounts.
Should achieve sales, display and merchandising, and collection objectives in the assigned accounts and territory
Responsible in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall objectives.
Oversees the team's inventory management planning, display and merchandising execution, store staff training for the covered stores.
Provides a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new key customers.
Capable to spearhead program execution and events
Creative conceptualization and implementation of marketing programs to grow the business in the territory

Requirements:

Has a strong desire to win in the market having a result oriented attitude
Able to work independently and at the same time, as a part of a team in achieving business objectives for the company.
Capable of establishing excellent rapport and actively negotiate with customers.
Aggressive individuals who can adapt to a challenging environment
Possesses leadership skills in setting targets, measuring and coaching a team to improve overall team performance.
Capable of making business reports and presentation in Excel, Word and Powerpoint Presentations
Willing to travel nationwide
Required skill(s): leadership, communication skill, management, sales, Sales Administration.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in account and team management – telecommunication, FMCG industry or consumer electronics industry.
